Power Magnet Program Software Developer 

 We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our growing team. As a key member of the development squad, you will work on designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining our various software applications and services. 

Responsibilities: - Design, code, test, debug and document new features for our products 

- Collaborate with other developers, QA team, product managers and designers 

 - Continuously optimize application performance, scalability and security - Adhere to agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and help improve processes 

- Keep updated with new technologies and coding best practices

 Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 3+ years of experience developing web/mobile applications - Expertise in [language/framework 1], [language/framework 2] and [language/framework 3] 

 - Strong understanding of SDLC and software design patterns - Experience with source control tools like Git

- Passion for writing clean, optimized and reusable code 

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bonus if experienced with [tech/domain relevant to company]
